I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were convenient for families with connecting options but had some cleanliness issues in my suite. The noise from the elevators was disruptive. However, the staff was helpful and managed to address issues promptly.

The hallway outside was quite noisy on my first night. The service, however, was top-notch with friendly and available staff. The location was functional and quiet, close to downtown and convenient for exploring. The dining options were a bit lacking in choices, but the breakfast was decent. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
